Quran Soul is a mobile Islamic app that may include Quran reading, Surah reader, translations, tafsir, reciters, audio playback, offline downloads, bookmarks, reading progress, daily ayah, prayer times, Qibla direction, duas, adhkar, local reminders, and app settings.

The app currently works without a login or account system.

Quran Soul provides Quran text, translations, tafsir, duas, adhkar, prayer times, and Qibla tools for convenience and personal use.

Translations and tafsir are interpretations and resources that may vary by source. Users should consult qualified scholars for religious rulings or questions requiring scholarly judgment.

Prayer time and Qibla calculations depend on your location, device sensors, settings, calculation methods, and device accuracy.

You should verify prayer times and Qibla direction with your local mosque, scholar, or recognized authority when precision is important.

Quran Soul may allow you to download audio or other resources for offline use. Download availability can depend on content sources, network availability, storage space, and app support.

You are responsible for managing storage on your device and removing downloads where supported.

You may use Quran Soul for lawful, personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for your device settings, permissions, and how you rely on app information.

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the app where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You must not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit app content except where permitted by the relevant content license or applicable law.

Quran Soul, its design, branding, software, and original app materials are owned by Foreach or its licensors.

Quran text, translations, tafsir, recitations, duas, adhkar, and related resources may be owned or licensed by third parties and may be subject to their own terms.

The app may use third-party services or resources to provide Quran text, translations, tafsir, audio, prayer-related resources, or app functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or service changes, except as required by applicable law.

Quran Soul is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content will always be complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foreach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quran Soul.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of Quran Soul as the app evolves.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

These terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Foreach operates, unless a different rule is required by law.

Foreach should confirm the governing jurisdiction before publication if a specific legal venue is required.
