Responsabilidades

Define product goals, roadmap, and success metrics.
Maintain a high-quality backlog with clear priorities and acceptance criteria.
Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and trade-offs.
Work with design and engineering to deliver iterative releases.
Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve the product.

Requisitos

Proven experience owning product delivery in a cross-functional team.
Strong prioritization skills and comfort making trade-offs.
Excellent communication: clarity, alignment, and leadership.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

Deseable

Experience with B2B products and complex workflows.
Experience running experiments and measuring outcomes.
Technical literacy (APIs, constraints, estimation).
