Responsabilidades

  • Elicit requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagrams.
  • Define KPIs and help teams measure outcomes after launch.
  • Support prioritization by clarifying impact, effort, and dependencies.
  • Reduce delivery risk by keeping scope aligned and assumptions visible.

Requisitos

  • Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Comfortable with process mapping (BPMN/flow diagrams).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Deseable

  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience with tools like Jira/Confluence/Figma.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and technical constraints.
