Aufgaben
- Own client communication and ensure clarity across scope, timelines, and priorities.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
- Identify risks early and proactively propose solutions and trade-offs.
- Lead status updates, QBR-style check-ins, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Spot expansion opportunities and support renewals through measurable outcomes.
- Maintain crisp documentation: decisions, action items, and next steps.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or project coordination.
- Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and structured.
- Excellent organization and follow-through (you close loops).
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design).
- Client-first mindset with high standards for quality and delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with agencies or software delivery teams.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Jira/Notion/Slack.
- Comfort with basic analytics and reporting.
