Responsibilities

  • Own client communication and ensure clarity across scope, timelines, and priorities.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
  • Identify risks early and proactively propose solutions and trade-offs.
  • Lead status updates, QBR-style check-ins, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Spot expansion opportunities and support renewals through measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain crisp documentation: decisions, action items, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or project coordination.
  • Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and structured.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through (you close loops).
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design).
  • Client-first mindset with high standards for quality and delivery.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agencies or software delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Jira/Notion/Slack.
  • Comfort with basic analytics and reporting.
