المسؤوليات
- Elicit requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagrams.
- Define KPIs and help teams measure outcomes after launch.
- Support prioritization by clarifying impact, effort, and dependencies.
- Reduce delivery risk by keeping scope aligned and assumptions visible.
المتطلبات
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable with process mapping (BPMN/flow diagrams).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
يفضّل وجوده
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with tools like Jira/Confluence/Figma.
- Basic understanding of APIs and technical constraints.
